Job Title: Procurement Administrator
Location: Spennymoor
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
Hours of Work: Monday – Friday, 8.00 – 17.00
Vigor Doors Ltd is a growing, forward-thinking business specialising in fire door manufacturing. We are seeking an organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team and support our busy Pre-Construction team.
Key Responsibilities
* Raising supplier requisitions and purchase orders in line with company procedures.
* Assisting with procurement schedules and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
* Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotations, lead times and track orders.
* Using Microsoft Excel to manage data, track procurement metrics and produce reports.
* Assisting with Sage entries relating to procurement and purchase orders
* Assist in managing stock levels
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in a procurement or purchasing administrative role.
* Competence in Microsoft Excel – spreadsheets, formulas, reporting
* Experience using Sage is desirable but full training will be given
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work with schedules, deadlines and priorities
