JAR Architectureare seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist for High-End Residential, Commercial & Community projects
* Exciting and ambitious concept design skills are essential
* Strong technical resolution skills to ensure delivery of the construction details
* 3-5 years post-qualification experience in industry across RIBA Workstages 1-5
* Strong understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations, both England and Wales
* Excellent communication skills across clients, design team to build strong relationships throughout the industry. Confidence to handle client-facing meetings
* Competence with Autodesk Revit, Twinmotion, Microsoft Office preferred
* RIBA/CIAT accreditation is preferred but not essential
