As a Support Worker at Paragon Social Care, your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the safety and emotional well-being of young people in care
* Supporting with personal care needs
* Organizing and participating in activities and outings
* Attending appointments and assisting with daily routines
* Cooking and maintaining a clean and organized home environment
* Contributing to staff meetings and working collaboratively with the team
