Business development Executive
- Corston Architectural Detail –

Location: Manchester or surrounding area UK
(with travel across the North Region) (Remote work & travel to the office once a month)

Salary: £35K - £40,000 + Commission

Corston Architectural Detail was established by a team of creative designers and engineers with a shared vision to create hand finished architectural details that flow seamlessly from room to room. Our coordinating collections of solid brass switches, sockets, hardware and lighting are made to last.

We've grown quickly and seen huge success in our five years – launching in the UK, EU, UAE and USA. The key to our success lies in our high-quality products and outstanding customer service and operations team, who ensure that Corston customers receive a positive, engaging experience every step of the way.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a motivated, sales-oriented and energetic Business development executive to join our sales team,
ideally someone with a history of dealing with Designers, Architects, Property & Hospitality Developers would be highly advantageous.

You will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and engaging with new customers, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our products and services in the North of the UK. The Role requires a monthly visit to our Head office in Malmesbury (Wiltshire)

Role responsibilities:

* Provide an outstanding customer experience for all inbound Trade sales enquiries.
* Identify and engage with new leads across our key market
* Own the full sales cycle (lead generation, sending samples, quoted, purchase to re-nurture)
* Maintain existing customer relationships Through Email/Phone or in Person.
* Prepare client pricing presentations and supply sample materials when needed.
* Drive sales through B2B customers.
* Manage risks and advise pipeline opportunity.
* Utilise Corston available databases to introduce us to new customers.

The ideal candidate is likely to demonstrate:

* Friendly, Outgoing and approachable.
* Comfortable presenting to a group of people.
* Honest and able to talk directly to anyone.
* Someone that enjoys doing things properly.
* Conscientious and precise with IT.
* Do you easily build good relationships and trust in the people around you?

Your ideal background will have been:

* At least 2 years experience in Sales.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
* A history of dealing with Designers, Architects, Property & Hospitality developers would be hugely advantageous.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to a room.
* A Proactive and results oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
* A Valid UK Driving License and willingness to Travel across the North of UK for meetings.
