Renewables Electrician (EV & Solar) — £45,000–£50,000 + benefits About the role We’re looking for a skilled Renewables Electrician to install, commission, and maintain domestic and light‑commercial solar PV systems and EV charge points. You’ll take projects from survey to handover with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities * Install, test, and commission single- and three-phase EV charge points (domestic and commercial). * Install, wire, and commission solar PV systems, inverters, and battery storage. * Perform fault-finding, diagnostics, and remedial works on existing installations. * Complete electrical certification, handover packs, and as‑built documentation. * Conduct site surveys, prepare material take‑offs, and support project planning. * Adhere to BS 7671 and relevant DNO/G98/G99 requirements and manufacturer specs. * Deliver high standards of workmanship and maintain a tidy, safe site.
