Job Title: Night Residential Supervisor
Pay Details: £12.79 + £1 Night enhancement
Hours: 2 x 24 hours per week

About The Mews and Heathside
We support older people and people with dementia in our residential homes, Heathside and The Mews, offering both permanent and respite care. Heathside is a 37-bedroom home with a cozy, homely atmosphere, while The Mews is a 25-bed home with a light, modern, airy feel. Both homes collaborate on activities and outings, providing different living experiences but maintaining a high level of personalized care tailored to each individual.
A Day in the Life of a Residential Supervisor
Your role involves providing hands-on assistance, supervising staff, and ensuring personalized care for residents. You will lead shifts, support colleagues, and foster a warm, respectful environment. Your focus will be on delivering compassionate, person-centered care that respects each resident's individuality and life history, empowering them to live their best lives.

Requirements
* At least 2 years of care experience (professional or personal)
* Level 2 qualification or significant relevant experience
* Effective leadership skills aligned with organizational values
* Ability to lead shifts and supervise staff
