In this role, you will work closely with Financial Planners to turn client objectives into clear, well-reasoned and compliant financial planning recommendations. You will be involved throughout the advice process, producing tailored suitability reports, undertaking detailed research and supporting ongoing annual reviews. You will handle a wide variety of cases across pensions, investments, protection and estate planning, giving you the chance to broaden your technical exposure. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys getting into the detail, thrives on accuracy, and wants to be part of a growing advice function where ideas for improvement are genuinely welcomed. The firm continues to expand nationally, meaning future opportunities may include progression into senior paraplanning, technical specialisms or adviser routes, depending on your ambitions. Paraplanner Requirements Essential - Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) Essential - Minimum 2 years Paraplanning experience within a UK financial planning environment Essential - Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection Essential - Experience producing suitability reports and supporting advisers throughout the advice process Desirable - Experience using financial planning software or research tools The Company You will be joining a successful, growing UK financial planning business known for its supportive environment, structured development and commitment to delivering high quality advice.
