TSR Legal have a brand new opportunity as a RecruitmentConsultant to join our growing recruitment business in Cardiff. Your role as a Recruitment Consultant will beconveyancingfocused, assisting law firms sourcelaw professionalsfor roles they are looking to fill from Legal Assistants, Conveyancers andSolicitors. The successful candidate will be required to engage with newand existing candidates, building on your network, followed by representingcandidates to match the roles they are looking for. As a consultantyou will provide support to law firmsfrom across the region. You will need to have the ability to understand a role,how to then be able to find the candidate on the market, working alongside ateam of consultants. Another important function is to understand and managecandidates aspirations to ensure they find the right role. Providing administrative support to the recruitment functionwill also be required, such as answering recruitment market enquiries,supporting the recruitment process, and making sure that the candidates andclients always receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service. The kind of person/skills we are looking for: Strong IT skills, comfortable working with a variety ofsystems Excellent organiser, with strong personal prioritisation andmultitasking skills Excellent legalknowledge and network Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal Able to form strong relationships with candidates/clients Have excellent attention to detail Managing social media activity within your role, includingLinkedIn, advertising etc Requirements: Existing knowledge of the legalmarket. Ideally, 12 months exposure to the recruitment Industry orprevious experience of working as afee earner / paralegal Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Home Working and officebased (Cardiff City Centre) Salary is negotiable depending on your experience.
