Responsibilities of the Junior Ecommerce Executive:
* Manage daily operations of the Shopify store including product uploads, content updates, and visual merchandising
* Optimise product listings with accurate descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO updates
* Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, sales campaigns, and product launches
* Analyse site performance, sales trends, and customer behaviour using Excel and Shopify analytics
* Maintain product and stock data in collaboration with the merchandising team
* Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and website usability
* Stay up-to-date with ecommerce trends, competitor analysis, and Shopify developments
Key experience and skills needed to succeed as a Junior Ecommerce Executive:
* Experience in ecommerce is ideal, but a strong passion and willingness to learn is essential
* Shopify knowledge preferred but training will be provided
* Confident using Excel for spreadsheets, formulas, and data analysis
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Basic SEO and ecommerce analytics understanding is a plus
