Join Thornton & Ross Third-Party Quality Assurance (TPQA) team and take on a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of products that represent nearly half of our turnover. Youll work closely with global suppliers and contract manufacturers, using your technical expertise and communication skills to drive product release, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
How You Will Make an Impact:
1. Manage the release of third-party manufactured products, including verification checks and internal release documentation.
2. Lead investigations and approvals for product quality complaints, non-conformities, and CAPAs related to third-party products.
3. Set up and maintain SAP Master Data (Quality), ensuring accurate and compliant records.
4. Coordinate and maintain the schedule for third-party Product Quality Reviews (PQRs), including protocol generation and final report creation.
