Responsibilities
* Drive retail sales by confidently selling Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs during treatments.
* Deliver our signature services, manicures and pedicures, and additional nail enhancements.
* Infuse passion into every treatment, ensuring a luxury experience for our clients.
* Assist in salon upkeep, maintaining a clean and tidy workstation, and stock replenishment.
* Demonstrate the highest level of customer service at all times.
* Stay informed about current nail trends and techniques.
* Educate clients on proper nail care practices and recommend suitable products.
* Actively recommend and sell Townhouse nail care products tailored to each client’s needs, contributing to salon retail targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy / Nail Technology or an equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience as a Nail Technician or a similar role.
* Weekend availability required.
