Regional Aftersales Manager – Automotive (Multi-Site)
Location: Covering 5 Sites – West Midlands (Field-Based)
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Company Car + 45p/mile Fuel Allowance
We are seeking a high-performing Regional Aftersales Manager to lead the strategic growth and operational performance of a multi-site automotive aftersales network across the West Midlands.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this field-based role will be responsible for aligning site-level aftersales operations with group standards, driving commercial results, and fostering a consistent customer-first approach across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
*
Lead and coach aftersales teams across five sites, ensuring consistent delivery of customer experience and operational standards
*
Embed a customer-focused culture throughout the network
*
Set clear, measurable objectives and hold teams accountable for results
*
Contribute to the long-term growth and evolution of the aftersales function
Operational Excellence
*
Ensure operational consistency across all aftersales departments
*
Work closely with site leaders to meet financial goals and improve key processes
*
Oversee the implementation and management of aftersales systems, including SMR, complaints handling, and customer communication
*
Monitor performance against KPIs, using data to drive improvements in service delivery and customer satisfaction
Customer Experience & Service Quality
*
Champion high service standards and swift resolution of customer escalations
*
Use feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement change
*
Support a consistently positive and professional customer journey across all locations
People Development & Coaching
*
Conduct regular on-site reviews and support personal development plans
*
Coach aftersales managers to strengthen leadership and operational skills
*
Collaborate with HR and training teams to develop staff and support recruitment aligned with business growth
*
Foster a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement
Requirements
*
Significant experience in automotive aftersales leadership, ideally with multi-site responsibility
*
Demonstrated ability to improve performance and customer satisfaction
*
Strong commercial awareness and previous experience managing budgets and P&L
*
Skilled at leading and developing teams across dispersed locations
*
Organised, strategic, and hands-on when needed
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands
