Sous Chef
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team, creating exceptional dishes and delivering an all-encapsulating experience to our guests.
This is an exciting time to join Korean Grill Kensington Restaurant where Korean-inspired, live grilling-focused omakase in a chefs counter .
Our Sous chef will be working alongside the Head Chef and will be involved in creating new menus for our destination restaurant & Bar.

Sous Chef will have:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality Hotel or Restaurant, preferably within Korean Cuisine.
Our Sous Chef will have experience in omakase or sushi and butchery knowledge.
Strong awareness of trends and seasonality of produce.
Experience in scheduling and reviewing staff rotas.
A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a Kitchen brigade.
A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures
