Key Responsibilities
* Lead the production and coordination of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
* Oversee project delivery from early design stages through to completion, maintaining technical accuracy and design integrity
* Mentor and support junior team members in their professional and technical development
* Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve design, technical, and on:site challenges
* Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, planning legislation, and environmental standards
* Contribute to the ongoing development of BIM processes and technical best practices within the studio
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience within an architectural practice, ideally in a senior or lead technical role
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM experience highly advantageous)
* In:depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction detailing, and building materials
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
* Collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of technical delivery
