With a mobile app at the core of our customer experience, we are entering an exciting next phase of product and technology evolution.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an app led insurance platform.
This role sits at the center of the organization, owning the product and technical roadmap.
You will translate commercial, customer, and regulatory needs into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.
This is a senior position for someone who can set strategic direction while remaining hands-on and delivery-focused in day-to-day operations.
What You Will Be Doing:
Product Vision and Roadmap:
Own and evolve the product and technical roadmap for a mobile-first insurance platform.
Balance customer value, commercial outcomes, technical sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Drive long-term product strategy alongside near-term releases and launches.
Delivery and Development:
Act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution.
Collaborate closely with engineering, UX (User Experience), marketing, data, compliance, and commercial teams.
Translate customer and marketing insights into clear technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead backlog prioritization through discovery, build, release, and optimization phases.
Customer Experience and Growth:
Champion customer-centric, data-led decision-making.
Partner with design and marketing to improve conversion, engagement, and retention.
Ensure product decisions support a seamless, mobile-first insurance journey.
Process and Technology Maturity:
Improve product and engineering workflows across the organization.
Embed modern product management, agile, and engineering practices.
Define "what great looks like" for a high-performing InsurTech product organization.
Leadership:
Lead through influence, ownership, and action.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in InsurTech, FinTech, Ecommerce, or digital financial services
Strong experience working on app-first or digital-first platforms
Proven ownership of product and technical roadmaps
Deep understanding of agile delivery and modern engineering practices
Experience working in or alongside regulated environments
Desirable:
Experience modernising or scaling digital insurance platforms
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, APIs, and event-driven systems
Exposure to pricing, underwriting, or policy lifecycle systems
