We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Parts Advisor to join our team in Chippenham. This role is essential to the aftersales department at a main dealer of new and used vehicles. Responsibilities include: Working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries and at the front desk serving customers. You will be responsible for pre-picking parts for the workshop job cards, picking parts for customer orders and checking availability of stock. Through in-bound and out-bound telephone enquiries, walk in customers, and internet enquiries you will be developing customer relationships. Ensuring consumables and service parts are regularly replenished providing a swift service to our workshop and other departments. Handle warranty claims processing and complete all relevant administration promptly and accurately (including customer records and invoicing). This is a fantastic opportunity to secure full time hours working 8:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with a 8:00 – 12:30 shift every second Saturday.
