Monitoring customer satisfaction and helping to resolve any concerns with empathy and professionalism. Acting as the main link between customers, technicians, and the service team. Using systems and data to track performance, identify improvements, and meet key targets. What we’re looking for Experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager within the motor industry. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to support and motivate others. Confidence working in a busy environment while keeping attention to detail and a calm approach.
