Role Responsibilities as Chef de Partie
Deliver excellent food standards, prepare seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly environment. Maintain attention to detail, ensure dishes are prepared to specification, support with food ordering, stock management, and uphold a 5-star rating. Experience in a fresh food environment is preferred; those looking to progress from a commis role are encouraged to apply.
