I am looking for a Repairs Surveyor to join a supported housing provider on a 2 month contract. The Repairs Surveyor will be responsible for day to day repairs surveys across 19 schemes. This role does require travel across the South East.
What is required for the role:
1. Experience carrying out repairs surveys
2. Experience working in Social Housing, Care Schemes or Sheltered accommodations
3. Experience obtaining quotes from multiple contractors
4. HND/HNC or equivalent
