The role
Responsible for handling your own caseload of residential sales and purchases, to include both freehold and leasehold
Preparing SDLT forms and preparing other transactions
Providing an excellent level of client care at all times
Liaising with clients and third parties
Supporting other members of the team
The ideal candidates
(Role 1 )conveyancer 1-2year experience handling your own caseload
( Role 2) Conveyancer 2-4year or more experience running own caseload - must have excellent communicational skills and attention to detail
