Job Description
Carbon Activated Europe, a member of the Carbon Activated Group, is seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to expand our European sales team. We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of activated carbon products and services across diverse industries.
As part of our growth in Europe (Bristol UK, Dortmund Germany, Gdansk Poland), you will manage major accounts across the UK and Europe, working closely with regional sales teams and distribution networks. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of activated carbon sales management experience in sectors like Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Remediation, Water, and Wastewater.
Requirements
* Experience as a Key Account or Account Manager, seeking to expand into a broader, commercially-oriented role.
* Industry experience in sectors such as Air Filtration, Biogas, Chemicals, Food & Beverage, Water, Wastewater, or related fields.
* Ability to manage and grow existing accounts, develop new client relationships, and work with channel partners.
* Willingness to travel 25-50% across Europe for client visits, trade shows, and training.
* Degree in Chemistry or related Science, supported by business qualifications and industry experience.
* Strong management skills to coach external teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, data-driven, with excellent IT and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
