? What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year's experience in the care sector (Senior Care Assistant level)
Previous Care Coordinator experience
Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
QCF in Health & Social Care & Social Care Wales registration (desirable but not essential)
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Ability to stay organised, calm and focused under pressure
Strong communication and people-management skills
? What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling and matching Care Assistants to customers
Ensuring seamless rota cover and smooth care delivery
Handling new referrals and processing updates to care plans
Working closely with the office team to maintain accurate records and reports
Supporting Care Assistants to ensure they have what they need to deliver high-quality care
Participating in the on-call rota (1 weekday per week and 1 weekend in 4)
