THE EMPLOYER IS: LISNAFIN ARDNALEE TRUST The successful applicant will engage in a range of different administrative and marketing activities, utilizing programs such as Sony Vegas and Final Cut for video editing, using social media sites to show off the content and promote the community centre, and using Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
* Assist with general administrative duties including record keeping, bookings, and correspondence.
* Create, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
* Support digital marketing activities by promoting events and programmes and monitoring engagement.
* Assist in video production including filming, editing, and publishing content using industry software.
* Support the development and ongoing updating of the community centre website.
* Design posters and promotional materials for activities and events.
* Use Microsoft packages to prepare documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and email communications.
* Support reporting requirements for funded programmes and community activities.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
* Basic digital administration and file management skills.
* Ability to use social media platforms for content publishing and promotion.
* English GCSE grade C or above required.
Desirable Skills
* Experience using video editing software such as Vegas Pro and Final Cut.
* Experience using Canva or Photoshop for graphic design and promotional materials.
* Basic understanding of website content management and updates.

Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
