PMO Analyst
Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £48,000 + 14% pension + benefits

Our client, a leading organisation in its sector, is hiring a PMO Analyst to provide centralised assurance, reporting, and delivery controls across a diverse portfolio of programmes and projects.
This is a highly visible, central role supporting multiple initiatives, offering the opportunity to influence governance standards, improve delivery confidence, and enable better decision-making at scale.
What you’ll do
* Support governance, assurance, and reporting standards across programmes and projects
* Maintain high-quality, accurate project data across PMO tools and systems
* Conduct compliance checks and quality reviews against delivery frameworks
* Produce clear reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior stakeholders
* Monitor RAID logs to ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are properly managed
You’ll work closely with project teams, delivery leads, and senior stakeholders to ensure consistency, transparency, and control across the portfolio.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a PMO Analyst or project support role
* Exposure to multi-project or programme environments
* Understanding of delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, MSP)
* Strong data analysis and reporting capability
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
