A growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking for a Clerk of Works to join their site inspection team, covering Essex, Kent, Surrey, Sussex, and Hampshire. If you have experience in high-rise residential projects, cladding remediation, and fire safety, this could be the role for you!
Base pay range
Clerk of Works – £50K–£55K

Your Role
1. Conduct site inspections ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and NHBC standards
2. Oversee new build, refurbishment, and MMC projects
3. Ensure fire safety and cladding remediation standards are met
4. Liaise with clients and Employer’s Agents on project progress
What You'll Need
1. Experience as a Clerk of Works or similar (high-rise residential focus preferred)
2. Knowledge of fire stopping, technical reviews, and NHBC compliance
3. Valid CSCS card & UK driving licence (ULEZ compliant vehicle required)
