As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead a talented team and work cross‑functionally with sales, editorial, conference, data, web, and paid media specialists to deliver high‑impact, insight‑driven campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing
* Developing and delivering strategic marketing plans across multiple exhibitions, conferences, and magazines
* Leading audience development strategy and ensuring all communications reflect strong positioning and compelling messaging
* Managing, coaching, and developing Marketing Managers and Executives
* Overseeing marketing budgets and ensuring campaigns deliver ROI
* Building and nurturing partnerships with industry bodies and sector media
* Leading multi‑channel campaign execution and reporting on performance
* Analysing pre‑registration, attendee data, and KPIs to optimise campaigns
* Managing creative and design processes to ensure brand consistency
* Collaborating with sales to support new business and retention campaigns
* Providing on‑site event marketing leadership — from visitor experience to content capture
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in marketing for exhibitions, events, or B2B media
* Strong leadership skills with a coaching mindset
* Exceptional written and verbal communication
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident managing multiple projects at pace
* Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM/ESP platforms
* Analytical thinker with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
* Creative problem‑solver with a collaborative approach
* Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
