The Role:

10. As Deputy Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver a safe, high-quality, person-centred service.

Your responsibilities will include:

11. Assisting with the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
12. Supporting, mentoring, and developing staff through regular supervision and training
13. Promoting and maintaining exceptional standards of care for the people we support
14. Working collaboratively with families, professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care planning
15. Supporting rota management, including 1:1 support hours
16. Contributing to quality assurance processes and continuous service improvement
17. Leading by example and helping to create a positive, empowering culture within the service

About You

We're looking for a motivated and compassionate leader who can inspire others and drive positive outcomes.

18. Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within Health & Social Care
19. NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
20. Excellent communication and organisational skills
21. A positive, professional, and proactive approach
22. A commitment to equality, inclusion, and person-centred support
23. The ability to motivate and develop others
24. Strong knowledge of quality assurance and care standards

Availability for an immediate start, subject to enhanced DBS and satisfactory references (Update Service preferred)
