Casual Hours Welding Trainer

Key Responsibilities
5. Plan and deliver engaging welding lessons (MIG, TIG, MMA, fabrication basics, safety) that align with the college curriculum and meet awarding-body requirements.Assess learner progress through practical observations, skills assessments, and written tasks, providing constructive feedback to support achievement and progression.Maintain a safe workshop environment, ensuring all equipment is used correctly, conducting risk assessments, and promoting best-practice health & safety procedures at all times.
About You
6. Industry experience in welding and fabrication, with strong competence in at least two core processes (e.g., MIG, TIG, MMA).Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate adult learners and adapt teaching methods to varying skill levels.
