Overview
We have teamed up with a Global FM provider to find an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed SLAs
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, including F-Gas, COSHH, Risk Assessments, and LV Safe Systems of Work
* Fault finding, repair, maintenance, and installation of air conditioning systems
* Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
* Monitor contractors and issue Permits to Work
* Maintain equipment performance and site standards
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience working on air conditioning systems
* City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11
* NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Desirable
* 18th Edition qualified electrician
* Recognised AC apprenticeship
