To work with the Outpatients Reception Team to ensure that we achieve any internal key performance indicators. Complete Staff PDRs, training, sickness and competencies To manage staff in accordance to Trust policies. Ensure there is a communication process in place to escalate all training developments to the outpatient teams. Supervise any trainees, ensuring that process and procedure are not compromised due to inadequate training Identify any training that needs to take place due to patient standards not being adhered to or due to complaints. Able to manage frequently changing operational requirements. To take responsibility for any patient issues ensuring that all staff do the same. To be responsible for sharing examples of good practice and help set up new administration systems if required to improve patient experience. Implement policies and propose changes to practices, procedures in own work area. The team leader will be required to support where there are any short fall in staffing levels throughout the management team
