Pyramid8 are supporting a local organisation with a strong reputation in their market to recruit a experienced Business Development Executive / Telesales Executive.

Their work supports organisations through reliable CCTV, controlled access, and advanced security technologies—always delivered with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

This is a role for someone who loves purposeful conversations, builds trust quickly, and wants to help organisations improve safety and security through engineered solutions.

You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses starting their security journey—opening doors, building relationships, and arranging consultations for the technical team. This is professional outreach, not hard selling.

What you’ll do

1. Start meaningful conversations with organisations that could benefit from security solutions
2. Build relationships via phone, email, and LinkedIn
3. Understand business challenges around safety, visibility, and security
4. Arrange surveys and consultations for the engineering team
5. Keep accurate notes and follow-up activity
6. Work closely with senior leadership to coordinate opportunities

What you’ll bring

9. Ability to listen, understand challenges, and explain solutions simply
10. Willingness to learn technical services and present them accurately
11. Experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting (preferred)
