Our international Cybersecurity employer is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Project Management Office (UK, Remote) with more than 10 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and evolving existing processes, managing client engagements/projects, and serving as an escalation point for engagement issues. You will act as the primary contact for engagement delivery and will be expected to demonstrate leadership skills while possessing a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, proactive security measures, disaster recovery, and remediation activities within the cybersecurity field.
* Weekly working hours: 50-60 hours (Extra time will be paid at time and a half)

Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or multiple lines of business.
* Take full ownership of engagement life cycles, including initiation to deployment, for several major or minor initiatives simultaneously.
* Report on success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities.
* Prepare estimates and detailed engagement plans for all phases and types of engagements.
* Manage and control budgets, resources, and deliverables.
* Provide status reporting regarding milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues across leadership.
* Develop and deliver agile/rapid progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations to various audiences.
* Support the establishment of practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature capabilities for the organization.
* Resolve problems, coordinate escalations, and collaborate with client technology teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
* Act as a leader and mentor to junior team members.
Qualifications:
* 10+ years’ experience in senior positions, 7+ years as Project Manager.
* Expertise in delivering complex projects, ideally within the cyber security specialism.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
* Ability to advance organizational transformation and influence leadership with strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to conduct gap analysis from a cyber security perspective.
* Preference for experience in Threat Management, Cyber Security Services, tooling, conflict management, and Identity and Access Management
* Relevant technical and project management certifications are desirable.
The compensation package is as follows:
* Competitive base (55-65k GBP)
