Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead the sales of specialist software in the graphic arts sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the market for digital printing, pre-press, and automation solutions in this sector, and will be familiar with the specific needs of customers in the industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term relationships with customers and helping them understand the value and impact our technology solutions can have on their operations.

Your responsibilities
* As a sales manager for England, Scotland and Ireland, you will advance business development and secure ambitious yearly growth targets.
* You will bring fresh ideas and initiatives for both Hybrid Software's commercial strategy and for our software solutions.
* You are a passionate relationship builder and hold a high standard for all customer and partner relationships.
Your Qualifications
* You are an enthusiastic salesperson with proven experience in software sales, ideally in the graphic arts industry.
* You are familiar with or have experience in prepress.
* Your responsible, ambitious and agile work ethic allow you to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
* You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.
