The Role
The Lead Sourcing Assistant will support the sales team by identifying and logging potential opportunities through structured research and data capture. This is a research focused role and does not involve selling, pitching, or outbound calling.
Key responsabilities include:
Researching online news sources, articles, and business updates to identify potential sales opportunities
Assessing the relevance and suitability of stories or companies in line with NCM Auctions services
Identifying appropriate companies and decision makers linked to relevant opportunities
Accurately capturing lead information and notes within the CRM system
Maintaining a high standard of data quality and attention to detail
Supporting the wider sales team with research-based tasks as required
What are we looking for
We are looking for someone who is organised, detail focused, and comfortable working independently
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong research skills and confidence using online tools such as Google and LinkedIn. Good written communication skills and attention to detail. The ability to assess relevance and quality when reviewing information. A methodical and reliable approach to tasks.
Previous experience in research, data entry, sales support, or lead generation is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
