About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in steering our company's business within the High Street sector. You'll be responsible for developing and executing promotional plans, managing trade pricing, and ensuring precise volume forecasting and budgeting for your accounts. Your strategic vision will directly contribute to the company's success, as you oversee the P&L and act as the face of Church & Dwight to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take charge of our business within the High Street sector, driving growth and innovation.
* Develop and implement impactful promotional plans, respecting budget constraints.
* Maintain and update business account plans regularly.
* Engage in face-to-face meetings and negotiations with major account contacts.
* Manage trade pricing and funding effectively within your account portfolio.
* Prepare detailed volume and profit forecasts for quarterly and annual presentations.
* Uphold the company's reputation by ensuring confidentiality and proper maintenance of company equipment.
Skills & Attributes We're Looking For:
* Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management, particularly P&L components.
* Excellent negotiation abilities to secure favourable outcomes.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with senior management-level clients.
Education & Experience:
* Degree-level education.
* Profound understanding of the retail sectors and trading environment.
* Expertise in trade marketing and category management functions.
* Proficiency in Windows-based systems and a strong command of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
