Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-driven and proactive professional to join a growing renewables team as a PAS Compliance Administrator. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of retrofit programmes funded by government and local authorities, ensuring all works comply with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards. Your work will directly contribute to improving energy efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and helping communities transition to a greener future.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all retrofit activities are fully aligned with PAS 2030 and PAS 2035 standards, including installer accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance.
* Documentation & Audit Preparation: Maintain accurate project records, including pre- and post-installation evidence, risk assessments, ventilation reports, and retrofit design documentation, ensuring readiness for audits.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Assessors, Installers, and internal teams to collect, verify, and manage compliance documentation.
* Scheme Administration: Support the administration of funded schemes such as ECO4, SHDF, HUG, and LAD, preparing and submitting evidence packs and funding claims within deadlines.
* Data Management: Use internal systems to monitor project progress, flag any non-compliance issues, and contribute to reporting for funding bodies and auditors.
* Continuous Improvement: Keep up to date with evolving PAS standards and best practices in retrofit, helping drive process improvements and supporting training initiatives across the team.
Requirements
Essential:
* Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035 frameworks
* Experience in compliance, administration, or quality assurance within the retrofit or construction sectors
* Excellent organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across different teams
Desirable:
* Knowledge of government-funded retrofit schemes such as ECO4, SHDF, HUG, or LAD
* Experience working directly with Retrofit Coordinators or Assessors
* Familiarity with TrustMark and other accreditation bodies
