SOCIAL CARE TRAINING CONSULTANT
If you're a former or current domiciliary care manager (or Care Home Manager) exploring your next step, we have a unique and rewarding alternative career opportunity that could be a great fit.
Care settings and agencies need our support. Instead of having to spin all the plates as a registered manager, it’s possible that you might gain more satisfaction from using your skills to specialise in one aspect and using this to make a difference.
At Centra Training we focus on boosting the skills and confidence of all levels of social care staff through effective vocational training programmes. Our work is enjoyable, rewarding, and, most importantly, vital to those caring organisations that strive to achieve the highest standards. If you like working with people, you’ll likely love working in our training organisation.
About the role
Our marketing team make companies and individuals aware of our programmes and then receives inbound enquiries every day which express interest about a variety of training needs.
The Social Care Training Consultant works with potential customers to help them understand the most suitable programmes for those needs and then completes the administration that gets their staff started on programmes of vocational study.
The role is ideally suited to someone who understands the sector, and its regulatory environment and enjoys sharing their knowledge with colleagues from the sector who are looking for help navigating the often complex training environment.
