We are currently working with a client who is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Claims Handler / Desktop Adjuster to join their team.
The Role:
This is a fully home-based position where you will manage a portfolio of commercial claims, typically ranging between £50K–£100K in value.
You will:
* Handle claims from first notification through to settlement
* Manage a caseload of approximately 60–80 claims
* Investigate, assess liability, and ensure fair and timely outcomes
* Liaise with policyholders, brokers, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Provide a high level of customer service throughout the claims journey
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years’ experience handling commercial claims
* Strong technical knowledge across commercial/property claims
* Experience managing claims within the £50K–£100K range
* Ability to work autonomously in a desk-based / remote environment
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
