We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and caring Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school team. This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in helping pupils succeed both academically and personally during this key stage of their education. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teaching Assistant:
* Support teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, working with individuals, small groups, or the whole class
* Assist in the preparation of learning resources and the delivery of engaging lessons
* Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher
* Support pupils with additional needs, including those with SEND
* Help with breaktime duties and contribute to school activities and events
Ideal KS2 Teaching Assistant:
* Experience working with children in an educational setting, ideally KS2
* A caring, patient and flexible attitude
* Good communication and organisational skills as a KS2 Teaching Assistant.
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection (training provided)
