Were looking for a Social Media Analyst to be the data heartbeat of the business. Youll transform insights into actionable strategies, helping grow communities, increase engagement, and optimise content with a strong focus on YouTube performance and monetisation. Key Responsibilities YouTube & Social Performance Analysis: Track and analyse performance across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, producing clear reports that highlight successes, gaps, and opportunities. Creative Collaboration: Work with creative and production teams to turn data into actionable content strategies, including timing, hooks, and format recommendations. Community Insights: Monitor audience interactions, identify engagement opportunities, and provide recommendations to grow loyal fan communities. Audience Analysis: Dive into audience behaviour, demographics, and preferences to inform growth strategies and improve long-term loyalty. Competitive & Trend Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to keep content strategies ahead of the curve. Strategic Recommendations: Advise on content priorities, posting schedules, and platform focus, ensuring maximum impact and revenue potential. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in social media analytics, strategy, or performance roles. Strong understanding of YouTube analytics, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta platforms. Experience producing reports and data visualisations that turn numbers into actionable insights. Excellent written communication skills, able to clearly present insights to creative and leadership teams. Strong analytical mindset with a strategic and creative approach. Familiarity with social media analytics tools (native platforms, dashboards, etc.) Desirable Skills & Interests Experience in entertainment, media, gaming, or audience-driven digital brands. Understanding of monetisation models such as YouTube AdSense, TikTok Creator Fund, or social commerce. Experience in audience segmentation, long-term community building, and growth strategies.
