Service Project Engineer

What You Will Do
* Manage one or more service projects from initiation to completion
* Liaise with all relevant departments to meet technical, commercial, and quality objectives
* Communicate directly with clients on technical matters with support from the Engineering Group where needed
* Maintain accurate project documentation including PO schedules and cost records
* Ensure engineering compliance and project quality through all phases
* Handle variation quotations and coordinate with Sales for customer relations
* Oversee timely invoicing, progress tracking, and resource coordination
* Support quoting, testing, commissioning, and customer visits as required
* Deliver projects on schedule and within budget
* Maximise project margins and minimise rework
* Achieve customer satisfaction and foster positive relationships
* Drive continual improvement in project delivery and outcomes
What We Look For
Essential
* Solid understanding of mechanical engineering
* Good standard of English and Maths
* Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Nitro PDF
* Professional and courteous telephone manner
Desirable:
* Degree in Engineering or in Control, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
