About the Role
We're partnering with a leading organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and digital change. They're looking for a Digital Learning Executive to support the development and delivery of engaging learning solutions that help colleagues adopt new systems, tools, and ways of working.
This is a hands-on and varied role where you'll play a key part in creating learning content, managing training activities, and supporting wider change initiatives. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for digital learning and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Content Development
1. Create engaging learning materials including presentations, user guides, videos and digital content
2. Translate technical information into clear, user-friendly resources
3. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to ensure content reflects real business processes
4. Maintain consistent, high-quality content aligned to best practice
Training Operations & Coordination
5. Manage learning content across platforms (e.g. intranet, learning hubs)
6. Maintain training schedules, course records and documentation
7. Act as the main point of contact for training queries
8. Coordinate training sessions (virtual and in-person), including logistics and communications
9. Support administration tasks such as reporting, compliance, and purchase orders
Continuous Improvement & Feedback
10. Gather and analyse feedback from training sessions
11. Support improvements to learning materials and processes
12. Help develop self-service learning resources and "learning in the flow of work"
Transformation & Change Support
13. Assist with organisational change initiatives and system rollouts
14. Support internal communications promoting learning and training
15. Collaborate with teams to ensure learning aligns with broader change plans
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
16. Excellent written communication and content creation skills
17. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
18. Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
19. Interest in digital learning, technology, and improving user experience
20. Confident using Microsoft tools (or able to learn quickly)
21. Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
22. Proactive, self-starting mindset
Desirable
23. Experience creating training materials or digital learning content
24. Exposure to LMS platforms or learning systems
25. Experience supporting change or transformation initiatives
26. Background in learning & development, digital adoption, or similar

You'll be a curious and detail-driven individual who enjoys simplifying complex information and helping others learn. You're organised, collaborative, and adaptable, with a natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
