Quality Assurance Manager
6‑month contract
SRG is recruiting a QA Manager to oversee quality assurance activities for a leading provider of analytical services to the pharmaceutical industry. This is an initial 6‑month contract with a view to becoming a longer‑term/permanent role.
Role
As the QA Manager, you will lead the QA team to manage day‑to‑day QMS activities, ensuring quality & compliance, and lead validation & improvement projects.
* Manage all Quality Assurance activities and the pharmaceutical Quality system.
* Ensure cGMP, cGLP & data integrity standards are maintained and quality targets/KPIs are monitored and achieved.
* Lead internal & regulatory audits and manage customer audits.
* Provide oversight of method validations, method transfers and method improvements.
* Drive continuous improvement throughout the site & ensure staff have up‑to‑date training in best quality practices.
Required Qualifications
* A degree or similar qualification in a relevant scientific field.
* Proven experience in a similar Senior QA position within a GMP/GLP environment.
* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a team.
* Good communication skills with the ability to effectively report & communicate technical data to clients.
