About The Role
Were looking for a skilled Senior Product Manager to oversee the successful delivery of complex digital, design, data, and technology projects.The role requires a blend of practice and consultancy skills. You may be required to operate in project roles that are not purely Product Management, and you will need a broader skillset that includes adaptability, analysis, building connections through collaboration and conflict resolution, situational awareness, and communication.
You will need to know when to challenge and when to listen and be able to come up with and spot good ideas. Youll be able to build relationships with clients at a senior level, helping them to champion Agile delivery and adopt the core principles of our product mindset. Youll be comfortable acting as the glue that holds a team together, ensuring the team has a shared vision for our work while clarifying each individuals roles and responsibilities. Youll also feel comfortable stepping into more of a leadership role in projects that have smaller teams or tighter budgets where roles are usually more broad.
