Job Details:
1. Pay: £13.95 per hour (Rising to £14.85 per hour after 12 weeks)
2. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
3. Duration: Temporary
4. Benefits: Weekly pay, rotating shifts, opportunity for long-term work
Job Role: As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing machinery in line with established standards while maintaining quality and production targets. The Production Operative will work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment carrying out cleaning of parts on a production line and ensuring all work areas remain clean and organised. This Production Operative role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:
5. Previous fast-paced production experience
6. Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery
7. Ability to work efficiently within a target-driven environment
8. Good attention to detail

9. Previous experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment
