The purpose of this role is to support application maintenance and end user queries where key tasks & duties will include: Diagnosing and resolving end user queries across the business application portfolio, including liaising with appropriate infrastructure and development teams. Providing face-to-face desk side support and be visible to the business. Administration of user accounts across all applications, manage license allocation and monitor usage. Testing of upgrades and patches to ensure no break in application availability. Providing end user training and maintain documentation. Proactively improving efficiency and automation. Maintaining application catalogue and drive compliance with internal security and operational controls. Assisting with projects as needed.
