PCB Assembler
Short-term contract
Up to £18-£19/hour
* Mon-fri days
Due to a high-volume of production demands, my client based near Henlow, Bedfordshire is looking for a PCB Assembler to join the business on a short-term contract until mid to late January 2026.
Roles/Responsibilities
* Assemble PCBs using surface mount and through-hole technology
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
* Place and solder components accurately onto PCBs
* Use both hand tools and soldering equipment
* Inspect assembled boards for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards
* Perform rework and repair on defective boards as needed
* Operate pick-and-place machines and other automated assembly equipment
* Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve assembly issues
* Identify faults and communicate to manager/ supervisor
What We're Looking For
* 3 years+ experience in PCB Assembly
* Availability to carry out a short-term contract with immediate start
