A leading UK organisation within the Learning & Development sector is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of a varied client base where approximately 60% of accounts are active and 40% are dormant, with a strong focus on relationship management, re-engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand learning and training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop an existing portfolio of Learning & Development clients
* Re-engage dormant accounts and identify new revenue opportunities
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Conduct client meetings to understand organisational learning needs
* Propose relevant training and development solutions
* Prepare quotes and proposals aligned to client requirements
* Maintain accurate pipeline and account data using CRM systems
* Collaborate with internal delivery and operational teams
* Deliver consistently high levels of customer service
About You
* Experience in B2B account management, client relationship management, or consultative sales
* Comfortable managing both active and dormant accounts
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
