Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant who is able to make a positive impact by providing a smooth and seamless property transaction experience for clients.
You'll play a vital role in a busy residential property team, keeping cases moving, clients informed and solicitors equipped to deliver a top-tier service. From handling key documentation and ensuring compliance to coordinating with clients, agents and other solicitors, you'll play a central role in keeping every transaction on track.
Responsibilities
1. Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and prepare client care documentation
2. Drafting standard legal documents and correspondence with precision
3. Liaising professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
4. Carrying out ID verification, AML and compliance checks
5. Supporting contract exchanges and ensuring smooth transaction completions
Requirements
6. Ideally a minimum of one year's experience in residential conveyancing
7. Strong communication skills - written and verbal
8. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
9. A proactive attitude and the ability to manage a busy workload
