Eligibility and qualifications
* A RICS or CIOB accredited degree or postgraduate qualification, plus a minimum of one year of industry-relevant work experience.
* A RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC or foundation degree, plus a minimum of two years of industry-relevant work experience.
* 4+ years of industry-relevant experience.

* Applicants who have completed the SAVA Diploma in Residential Surveying and Valuation are considered.
Note: To be considered for the trainee programme, you will need to be eligible for the 1-year route to AssocRICS accreditation and have a strong base knowledge of Residential Building Pathology.
